| Interoperability Showcase 2009The 5th IHE Australia Interoperability Showcase will be held as part of the Industry Exhibition during the Health-e-Nation and HIC'09 conferences on 19-21 August, 2009 at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. The 2009 IHE Interoperability Showcase will focus on electronic Referrals and Discharge Summaries using the HL7 Standards and demonstrate how e-health systems improve care coordination and collaboration.Combined with the upcoming PIP Secure Messaging specifications, the eReferral and the eReporting draft Australian profiles which will undergo further IHE Connectathon testing planned for February 2010, these are sound foundations for the improvement of clinical data sharing in Australia!
